The CMS Paw Picker/Scalder uses a rotating shaft with picking fingers to effectively clean and remove cuticles from chicken paws with minimal damage to the product. With an included soft start control panel and gear motor drive system, air assist easy open cover its robust and sanitary design makes it an effective part of any paw processing system.
