CMS Meitech Abdominal Opener
The Abdominal Opener MT-101 is designed to efficiently and uniformly enlarge the opening of the abdomen of the bird carcass before entering the Eviscerator.
The adjustable cutting length, receiving basin, and height adjustment system provide precise cuts and ease of operation.
During this process, a high-cutting-power stainless steel trapezoidal blade located at the bottom of each unit cuts an opening from the vent to the breast of the bird. After each cycle, the opening units are cleaned to reduce the risk of contamination.
