CMS Meitech Initial Inspection
The Initial Inspection MT-108 is designed to remove any remaining fecal content in the chicken’s rectum by utilizing a vacuum system, thereby minimizing contamination issues.
The chickens enter the Initial Inspection machine by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. Adjustable guides ensure the birds are positioned correctly as the suction tube enters the chickens while the vacuum efficiently removes the residue. The vacuum pump transports the waste to a holding tank.
The system has an automatic cleaning sequence after each cycle.
