CMS Meitech Cropping Machine
The Cropping Machine MT-103 is designed to efficiently and automatically remove the crop, trachea, and esophagus from chicken carcasses.
The chickens enter the Cropping Machine by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. Birds are guided and securely positioned as the rotating stainless-steel tubes with spikes are inserted into the bird’s cavity, removing the remaining parts of the crop, trachea, and esophagus.
The Cropping Machine then reverses the rotation of the steel tubes to engage the automatic cleaning cycle.
