CMS Meitech Vent Cutter
The Vent Cutter MT-100 features a patented extraction system that cleanly cuts and removes the bird’s vent.
Additionally, the Bursa of Fabricius, an organ located in the cloaca area, is also efficiently removed.
The chickens enter the Vent Cutter by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. Inlet guides ensure the precise position of the birds during this process.
The perforating-cutting unit then makes a precise entry puncture around the cloaca. Our patented mechanism is used to prevent intestinal cuts during the retraction procedure.
The MT-100 comes equipped with a receiving basin, an easy-to-adjust height system for seamless operation, and an automatic cleaning system.
