CMS Meitech Bird Washer Inside/Outside

The Bird Washer Inside/Outside MT-104 is designed to clean the interior and exterior of each bird carcass thoroughly and is an essential part of the evisceration process.

The chickens enter the MT-104 by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. As the birds are guided and securely positioned, 39 high-pressure stainless-steel fan-type nozzles thoroughly wash the exterior of the birds. At the same time, a dual- action washing tube with 20 patented double- cone spray nozzles enters the birds’ carcasses and cleans the interiors.

This process utilizes a high-pressure pump, delivering water at a pressure between 156 psi and 199 psi, and a volume of 0.21 gal to 0.39 gal of water per bird.
