CMS Meitech Eviscerator
The Eviscerator MT-102 is designed to extract and automatically separate the viscera package from the carcass.
The chickens enter the Eviscerator by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. Inlet guides ensure the birds are positioned correctly during this process. The evisceration spoon is then brought into the bird, and the viscera package is pulled out, separating it from the carcass. An electronic synchronization system continuously ensures that the carcasses and the separated intestines maintain the exact same line speeds for inspection as they enter the Line Divider.
The automatic cleaning system thoroughly cleans the evisceration units after each cycle.
