Multi-Head Weigher – IQF
Through an infeed conveying system, the frozen product is placed in the center of the Multihead Weigher – IQF MMM-10000.
The machine’s central vibrating system moves the frozen product from the center to the upper distribution buckets, which continue to fill the lower weighing buckets until the desired preset target weights are met. Once the target weight is met, the upper distribution buckets close until the lower weighing bucket releases the portioned frozen product into the product directing unit.
