CMS Meitech Neck Breaker
The Neck Breaker MT-111 is designed for efficient automatic separation and removal of necks from the bird’s carcasses.
The chickens enter the Neck Breaker by the overhead conveyor, hanging by both legs. Birds are guided into position as the breaking units are guided by a cam and separate the neck. The machine features an easy-to-operate height adjustment system that accommodates various neck lengths.
The separated necks are dropped in a central collection bin.
