Multi-Head Weigher – Fresh Product

Through an infeed conveying system, the fresh product is placed in the center of the Multihead Weigher. The machine’s central rotating cone system moves the fresh product from the center to the revolving drive springs that push the product into the upper distribution buckets. The upper buckets then drop product and continue to fill the lower weighing buckets until the desired preset target weights are met. Once the target weight is met, the upper distribution buckets close until the lower weighing bucket releases the portioned fresh product into the product directing unit.
