The angle of the blade edges is critical in order to maximize the performance of the CMS ACE DB-5 Breast Deboner. The new station was designed with fixed sharpening grinding bits angled for maximum blade performance and to minimize the risk of sharpening errors. In addition, this automated process removes only a minimal amount of material from the blades.
