Giblet Chilling
Designed with simple adjustments and low maintenance cost in mind the CMS giblet chiller effectively and rapidly chills small poultry parts such as hearts, livers, gizzards, necks, and paws.
The robust design includes a stainless-steel motor and gearbox and a winch system to easily remove elevator. CMS can custom design/build a giblet chilling system for any production rate.
Prevents deterioration in meat quality and microbial growth by lowering the giblets’ temperature
