Throughout his nearly 30 years working in the poultry industry, Heath has amassed a wide range of experience that is vital to his leadership role at CMS. He most recently served as president of an international processing equipment company’s North American division. Heath also served in sales with the company including vice president of sales. He began his career working in several processing plant positions including quality control, deboning manager and plant manager. Heath has served on USPOULTRY’s Board of Directors as an allied member.

Stanley has over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry with a wide range of capacities. He served as Vice President of an international processing equipment company’s North American division which included service and sales. Stanley began his career in processing and maintenance in several processing plants.

Toni joined CMS after more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Toni has a strong background in major system implementations and IT and financial operations. She holds Master of Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from Georgia State University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia.

Patrick has over 30 years of agribusiness marketing experience, with a strong focus on the poultry industry. He previously served as senior account executive/partner at a marketing agency, working with a wide range of companies in the U.S. and overseas. He has served on committees with the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association and National Chicken Council. He leads all marketing initiatives, conceiving, and executing marketing strategies & campaigns, and overseeing advertising and public relations efforts.

Gani directs and manages the engineering department, ensuring the successful execution of capital projects and supporting the expansion of processing equipment offerings. He also collaborates with the sales engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams to drive continuous improvement throughout the entire supply chain.

Alan is our Project Coordinator and works with our engineering team to input new part numbers and bill of materials in our ERP system. He also produces manufacturing routings/guidelines for all manufactured parts at CMS. Allen has more than eight years of experience in the poultry industry, specializing in equipment parts.

Emilio is responsible for the creation of mechanical drawings for various replacement parts, equipment to complete projects. His duties also include reviewing and ensuring that every drawing is detailed and correct for fabrication. A graduate of Lanier Technical College, he is experienced in drafting and mechanical design.

Greg is our Production Manager and has over 30 years of experience in manual and CNC machining operations, as well as CNC programming. He is responsible for leading all manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining cost-effective processes, and delivering our products to customers on time.

Ezequiel is responsible for all the equipment/structural metal fabrication from our engineering department designs and technical drawings. He also makes sure that projects are completed on schedule with a high level of quality. He has over ten years’ experience as a welder and fabricator in poultry equipment manufacturing before joining CMS in 2019.

Russell is a Senior Machinist and oversees the production of various plastic and metal OEM parts utilizing various machining practices and tools. He has over 26 years of experience and currently uses CAD/CAM programming software and operates a CNC router, CNC Mills but also has many years of experience operating CNC equipment and manual lathes and mills.

Eduardo is our Laser Operator and currently operates the laser cutter to produce equipment components and OEM parts. He has more than 23 years of experience in the food processing industry running lasers, water jets, and press brakes.

Danny is our Overhead Shop Manager and plans and fabricates all our overhead conveyor systems and components. He has more than 35 years of experience in poultry equipment manufacturing as a welder and supervisor.

Cory is the Warehouse Lead and has over 10 years of experience in warehouse operations. He oversees all daily functions including inventory control, parts orders, receiving, shipping of equipment and spare parts, and scheduling freight.

Misty, our Warehouse Assistant, brings over 20 years of warehouse, shipping, and manufacturing operations experience to our team. In her role, Misty will be responsible for inventory control, receiving and shipping, and fulfilling parts orders.

David is our Service Manager and leads our Service Technician team. He has over 20 years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment in the food processing industry throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada. He brings strong mechanical and electrical installation repair experience and expertise in production process improvements for industrial equipment.

Jeremy is a Site Manager and has over 20 years of experience in the poultry processing industry. He will be responsible for supervising all on-site activities during project installations. He brings many years of welding, fabrication, and equipment installation experience as well as commercial and industrial electrical installation expertise.

Dakota brings more than 10 years of experience in the food processing industry to our team. Most recently, in his role as a Welder Supervisor for an equipment manufacturer, he analyzed project blueprints, fabricated conveyors and would troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues for customers.

Bobby has 26 years of experience in the poultry industry, working as a service technician with a large poultry equipment manufacturer for 16 years. He also served in quality control for a large poultry processing company for 10 years.

With a long career as a Service Technician, Curtis trains our customers on CMS’s processing equipment and assists with installation. He has worked as a technician in several industries including positions with poultry equipment manufacturers. Curtis holds certifications in computer electronics and engineering from Bauder College.

With nearly a decade of experience in mechanical assembly, welding, and equipment service, Ethan has a strong background in industrial equipment installation and maintenance. As a former Evisceration Service Technician for a major poultry processing equipment manufacturer, he installed, serviced, and repaired equipment while helping customers reduce downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Patrick has worked as an electrician, mechanical technician, and service technician in the poultry industry since 2000. He previously worked with two other poultry equipment companies before joining CMS. He has more than 30 years of experience as an electrician.

Stanley has over 30 years of experience in the poultry industry with a wide range of capacities. He served as Vice President of an international processing equipment company’s North American division which included service and sales. Stanley began his career in processing and maintenance in several processing plants.

Peter is our Regional Sales Manager for Canada, bringing with him an impressive track record of over 35 years in the poultry industry. His journey began in England and later took him to the United States, enriching his deep global perspective. Peter’s extensive experience spans various roles with large poultry processing equipment companies, including Sales Manager, COO, CEO and President. His expertise in capital equipment sales and management is well-recognized in the industry.

Jesse has more than 15 years of experience in the poultry processing industry. He will serve customers across Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and Indiana. Most recently, he served as one of our Site Managers, where he developed extensive expertise in equipment installation and rebuilding, as well as customer training and support.

Ricky has worked for over 30 years in the poultry industry in various capacities. He will serve customers in Georgia, Florida, Alabama, South Carolina, and Tennessee. He began his career working for several major poultry processing companies as a Maintenance Manager, and Project and Shop Manager. Most recently, he worked as a sales engineer/manager for a large poultry processing equipment company.

Ruben, who has worked in the poultry industry for over 30 years in varied capacities, will serve customers in Texas, Oklahoma, Northwest Arkansas, and Missouri. Ruben began his career working for a major poultry processing company as a Production Manager. He also worked as a Service Technician and then sales manager for a large poultry processing equipment company.

Genea has more than 20 years of experience in the poultry industry in parts, maintenance and sales capacities. She has served as inside sales manager for an aftermarket parts manufacturer.

Estrellita joins our Sales and Purchasing team with over 20 years of experience in the poultry industry and strong expertise in e-commerce, management, and maintenance. Her role will focus on supporting sales orders and quotes, purchase orders, and data analysis across parts, purchasing, and engineering.

Anthony has more than 30 years of experience in financial management, reporting, analysis, project management, and systems integration. In this role, he will oversee CMS’s accounting and financial operations and also work closely with our sales and manufacturing teams to support our ERP system and advance company objectives. He holds a BS in Business Administration – Accounting from Bowling Green State University.

Bobbie supports accounts payable, inside sales and customer sales backup. A Gainesville College graduate with a degree in accounting, she has extensive accounting and office management experience.
